Role Overview:
As a Customer Engagement Representative, your main duty will be to assist customers by addressing their questions and concerns through inbound calls and emails, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively. You will play a vital role in representing the Cinemark brand, delivering innovative solutions to any customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach.
Handle guest interactions via phone and email, providing timely resolution to issues.
Collaborate with multiple departments to address and escalate customer concerns as needed.
Maintain a deep understanding of Cinemark policies, in-theatre operations, marketing programs, and special initiatives.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Utilize various software platforms to effectively multi-task.
Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in problem-solving.
Resolve issues by clarifying and researching problems, offering alternatives, and escalating when necessary.
Meet set performance objectives for attendance and key performance indicators.
Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management.
What We’re Looking For: One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Strong conflict resolution skills and a capability to communicate adverse outcomes positively.
Excellent time-management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proficient in written and verbal communication, email, internet use, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
Commitment to maintaining attendance, adherence to schedule, and meeting performance objectives.
Flexibility to work during operational hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to adapt and learn new skills for career success.
Must complete mandatory paid training for 4 weeks with 100% attendance.
