***Must live in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area*** ***Must be fluent in both English and Spanish*** Starting Wage $21.50 per hour Hiring Bonus: $300 Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity up to $300 Full time with Benefits Training: M-F 8am-4pm (3 weeks) 2nd Shift Availability Keefe Group is seeking aBilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representativeto join our team. In this role, you will use yourfluency to provide excellent customer service and support to our diverse customer base. Your ability to switch between languages seamlessly is essential - you'll handle calls, emails, and other communications inSpanish and Englishevery day. Key Responsibilities Communicate professionally with customersin both Spanish and Englishvia phone and email. Answer questions, provide order information, and resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately. Maintain accurate records of calls and transactions. Provide a positive customer experience and represent the company with professionalism and empathy. Participate in required training and actively support team goals. What You'll Need
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED(reading, writing, and speaking). High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Prior customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus). Excellent communication and active-listening skills. Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency). Professional, upbeat, and clear telephone voice. Able to type at least 30 wpm. Must live in theSt. Louis metropolitan area. Must be available for various shifts including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays. Must attend a three-week training (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday).
