Loan Processor Loan Portfolio Management

Self-Help Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Loan Processor to support Loan Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in some of the following areas: • Escrow/Title o Preparing subordinations/Reconveyances/Grant Deeds/Lien Releases o Removing someone from title after death o title search o clearing clouds/liens on titles o Vesting • Lending o Loan Processing o Loan Officer o Preparing Loan Documents o Funding Must be able to work independently and as a team member, be detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality of information. The ability to work effectively on multiple projects with tight deadlines is essential. Successful applicants will be self-starters and will demonstrate strong computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) skills and have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
