North Arlington, NJ (Onsite only) About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional

Customer Service Representative

to support our fastpaced office environment. This role requires someone who can manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails while delivering exceptional customer service and providing billing and administrative support. Transportation Requirement

Candidates

must have access to a personal vehicle . There is

no public transportation

available to our facility. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy

Provide customer support related to billing inquiries and account information

Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation management

Maintain a positive, customerfocused attitude in a fastpaced environment

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

Ensure all interactions and data are handled with accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fastpaced or highvolume setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proficiency with basic computer applications and email communication

Dependable, punctual, and able to work onsite daily

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour
