What We Are Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or client relations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and time management
A team player who can also work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
