We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Clinton, MA. This role serves as the primary customer contact, supporting sales and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the entire order process.
Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and web, providing accurate product and pricing information Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs, recommending solutions and ensuring a positive experience throughout the order cycle Prepare accurate quotes, proposals and order details while maintaining customer records and tracking sales activity Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure order accuracy and smooth handoffs Follow up on quotes and orders, resolve customer issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication and overall customer satisfaction Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management or order processing Manufacturing or promotional products experience is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management software
