Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Account Creation Specialist to join our dynamic team and work

remotely . In this role, you will assist customers via phone by providing information on our internet packages, handling account creation, performing quality assurance, entering data, scheduling installations, and maintaining confidentiality. Your primary focus will be guiding potential customers in selecting the best internet package to meet their needs while processing their information accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities. This fast-paced environment requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently. In this role, you will: Engage in training and professional development activities. Perform quality assurance to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately input account information and customer data into the company database. Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries related to internet and security services. Provide detailed information about internet packages, pricing, and current promotions. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable ADT services and internet plans based on their unique needs. Help customers enter their personal information and create ADT profiles. Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and assist with any issues. Process orders, schedule installations, and provide necessary details about service activation. Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and company policies. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns, escalating issues as needed. Meet or exceed departmental performance expectations. Actively participate in team meetings and development opportunities. Workflow collaboratively with team members. Maintain punctuality and a strong attendance record. Perform additional duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of customer service experience. Availability to work from 11am to 10pm, Monday through Saturday. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated. A secure and private workspace for company equipment. Strong multitasking and time management skills. A commitment to maintaining a positive work environment. A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Dependability and reliability. Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on results. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to uphold confidentiality. Knowledge of internet services and packages is preferred. Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download/upload speed of 500 Mbps to support video conferencing, system tools, and call quality.
