Customer Service Representative
to support their Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations. This is a full-time, onsite role. Insurance industry experience is
not required , but is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, endorsements, and renewals Process policy changes and related documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records Deliver professional, high-quality customer service Collaborate with internal team members to resolve client needs Qualifications:
Minimum
2+ years of customer service experience
(any industry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills Comfortable using computer systems and office software P&C insurance or agency experience is a plus, but not required
