$18.00 - $19.71

Position Overview: Provide professional customer service to passengers and internal partners at FLL. Answer questions, manage passenger queues, enforce company policies, and ensure a positive experience aligned with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities: Greet passengers promptly and courteously Assist passengers with empathy and patience Communicate clearly and professionally Remain calm and composed during service delays or challenges Track shuttle arrival times and report service needs Maintain clean, organized duty station and visible presence Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional demeanor and reliability Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Work Environment:

Outdoor airport setting, exposure to weather and moving vehicles
