Summary:Join a growing bank in Monticello, WI as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role is the first point of contact for customers and will assist with account openings, process transactions, and provide exceptional service. Hours are Mon-Thu 9:00-5:00, Fri 9:00-6:00, occasional Saturday rotation 9:00-12:00 with time off during the week to balance hours. Pay is $19+ per hour based on experience. Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

Handle call overflow, address changes, debit card orders, and account maintenance.

Open new accounts and process related documentation.

Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate staff.

Balance cash drawer daily and maintain vault procedures.

Issue official checks, money orders, and safe deposit access.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide problem resolution and exceptional customer service.

Participate in Saturday rotation and adjust weekly schedule accordingly. (2 Saturdays per month)

Support branch goals for deposit growth and referrals.

Qualifications:High school diploma required.

Banking experience required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to learn account opening and basic banking systems.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and banking software).

Ability to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays. (2 Saturdays per month)

Commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Valid driver's license for occasional branch support.
