Responsibilities:
• Review credit agreements, internal approval documents, and agent bank notices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. • Book and fund syndicated (agented) loan transactions in Loan IQ, including amendments to existing deals. • Manage incoming and outgoing loan payments while maintaining accurate records in the system of record. • Collaborate with internal business partners, legal counsel, and external stakeholders to support timely and compliant loan closings.
Requirements:
• Required experience with syndicated (agented) loan transactions, including booking and funding (mortgage-only experience will not be considered). • Proficiency with Loan IQ or similar loan management systems and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to assess financial data, credit reports, and risk exposure. • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
