Join Micron's procurement team as the Director of Procurement Compliance and Risk. You will play a key role in ensuring a resilient, compliant, and sustainable supply chain. These initiatives also improve supply chain resilience and strengthen Micron's status as a world-class procurement leader in the industry. You will lead all aspects of critical procurement programs, including Responsible Sourcing, Supply Risk Mitigation, Procurement Compliance, Supplier Compliance, Product Compliance, Business Information Security and US Expansion Project Procurement Compliance. Key responsibilities include: Leading global initiatives for procurement governance and risk management. Overseeing Responsible Sourcing programs, including supplier code of conduct and sustainability objectives. Leading supplier compliance through due diligence, audits, and policy development. Implementing tools that use artificial intelligence to detect high-risk transactions and fraud. Monitoring and mitigating supply chain risks, including leading virtual war rooms during disruptions. Ensuring product compliance with global regulations and certifications. Driving compliance for US Expansion projects, including CHIPs and Davis Bacon requirements. Running business information security protocols and data governance. Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance/Compliance, Engineering, or related field. 10 years of demonstrated ability leading global cross-functional teams. Consistent track record of handling sophisticated regulatory programs and risk oversight initiatives. Outstanding leadership and team management skills. Expertise in procurement processes and governance. Excellent communication and collaborator management capabilities. Preferred qualifications include: Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or Engineering, or relevant professional experience considered equivalent. Experience leading regulatory oversight and risk control organizations in the tech industry. Familiarity with ethical procurement frameworks and sustainability initiatives. Deep understanding of CHIPs regulations and government procurement processes. Consistent track record in implementing AI solutions for compliance or procurement. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Experience running sophisticated procurement transactions within the technology field. The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $149,000.00 - $298,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
