divh2Social Media And Website Content Manager/h2pU.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Public Affairs Office (CCPA) is seeking a highly skilled and proactive social media and website content manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of CENTCOMs digital communication platforms. This role is responsible for managing both English and foreign-language social media and website content, ensuring strategic alignment, technical integrity, and cultural relevance across the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative design expertise, technical proficiency, and strategic communication experience, with the ability to lead a multilingual team and deliver impactful digital engagement in support of CENTCOMs mission./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliPlatform Management Content Production: Plan, develop, coordinate, and publish frequent content across CCPAs English and foreign-language social media and website platforms./liliEnsure timely updates during crisis events and in response to senior CENTCOM leadership requests./liliMaintain security compliance with CENTCOM and DoD digital media policies./liliTeam Leadership Coordination: Oversee regional media specialists in the development and synchronization of regional and language-specific communication plans./liliEnsure cohesive messaging and platform consistency across all language domains./liliAnalytics Reporting: Conduct statistical analysis of platform performance, including viewership and followership metrics by URL, region, and other relevant factors./liliTrack social media aliases of influential individuals and organizations within CENTCOMs information environment./liliMaintain a daily updated database of articles and talking points in OneNote, exportable to a read book format./liliStrategic Planning Deliverables: Provide a monthly report of insights and best practices for digital media usage across CENTCOM platforms, including an executive-level summary./liliDeliver a rolling three-week digital media publication plan by platform and language, in coordination with regional media specialists./liliRecommend optimal dates, times, and platforms for content dissemination based on analytical data./liliSurge Crisis Support: Support 24/7 surge requirements during crises or unforeseen events as directed by the CCPA Director./li/ulpDeliverables:/pulliUpdated English-language social media and website content./liliDaily-maintained database of media references and talking points./liliMonthly digital media performance report with executive summary and strategic recommendations./liliThree-week digital media publication schedule across platforms and languages./li/ulpRequirements:/pulli5+ years of experience managing social media and website content in a government or military context./liliTS/SCI clearance./liliProficiency in digital analytics tools and content management systems./liliStrong leadership and coordination skills, especially in multilingual environments./liliFamiliarity with CENTCOMs mission, structure, and AOR./liliAbility to work under pressure and respond rapidly to emerging events./liliExcellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills./li/ulpPreferred qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting combatant command or DoD-level public affairs operations./liliFamiliarity with foreign language media environments relevant to CENTCOM (e.g., Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Russian, Hebrew, Turkish)./liliGraphic design and multimedia production experience./li/ulpAbout Vistra:/ppVistra Communications, doing business as Vistra and Vistra Federal Solutions, is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, with an office in Springfield, VA, providing professional support serviced to defense, federal, and civilian agencies.
