This role combines lifecycle marketing, growth experimentation, and content development to help more users discover value in Datavant and continue deepening their engagement over time. You will partner closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to create cohesive, insight-driven programs that move prospects and customers through the lifecycle. While this role does not own demand gen channels, you will support the growth engine through messaging, content, experimentation, and conversion-focused initiatives that amplify acquisition efforts and accelerate activation./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliLifecycle Customer Marketing/liulliBuild and manage lifecycle programs across email and in-app channels, including onboarding, activation campaigns, education series, newsletters, product updates, and advocacy outreach./liliDevelop expansion and upsell nurture flows aligned with customer goals, usage data, and product adoption patterns./liliPartner with Customer Experience and Sales to create customer communications that improve engagement, retention, and expansion./liliSupport strategic customer programs like the Customer Advisory Board and event follow-up sequences./li/ulliGrowth Support Cross-Funnel Optimization/liulliCollaborate with Demand Gen on funnel initiatives by contributing messaging, content, and experiment design./liliDevelop conversion-oriented landing page content, nurture emails, and campaign assets to improve acquisition ? activation performance./liliTest lifecycle and early-journey experiments that drive activation and product adoption./liliProvide customer insights and performance data to inform targeting, segmentation, and campaign strategy./li/ulliContent Development/liulliWrite and repurpose content that drives both growth and customer engagement: landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, product updates, blog posts, case studies, and customer spotlights./liliEnsure consistent messaging and storytelling across acquisition and lifecycle touchpoints, partnering with Product Marketing when appropriate./liliHelp scale repeatable content frameworks that support both awareness and retention efforts./li/ulliAnalytics Optimization/liulliMeasure the performance of lifecycle programs and growth experiments; use insights to refine campaigns and identify new opportunities./liliAnalyze user behavior, activation patterns, and engagement metrics to guide lifecycle strategy./liliReport out on results, learnings, and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders./li/ul/ulpWhat You Bring:/pulli46 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel B2B marketing roles./liliProven ability to design, write, and execute lifecycle and growth programs that improve activation, retention, and expansion./liliExperience partnering with Demand Gen on acquisition-focused initiatives without directly owning channels./liliStrong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling messages./liliHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)/liliAnalytical, curious, and experimentation-minded, comfortable using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes./liliExcitement about working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment./li/ulpWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
