Location: Remote EST Salary: 125-140K Position Description: Serve as a self-directed Salesforce Developer contributing to full end-to-end development during a critical project phase. Develop and enhance solutions within Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Knowledge to support a multiyear Contact Center migration. Conduct integration and smoke testing to ensure quality and performance. Collaborate closely with QA teams to support both manual and automated testing efforts. Required Skills: Salesforce Development Certifications that can be verified. 4+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (approximately 50 percent of the role) Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is required Troubleshooting experience (approximately 20 percent of the role) A well-rounded Salesforce skill set is preferred; candidates do not need to have all of the following, but the more the better: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce security model, Salesforce data model, Expertise with Salesforce Flows, Visual Flows, Flow Triggers, and Validation Rules, Experience with AppExchange productsBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
