The North American team is seeking a Director of Solution Consulting, North America to lead a high-performing team of solution consultants focused on enterprise performance management (EPM) software. This role is pivotal in driving pre-sales excellence, aligning technical and business value, and supporting enterprise sales cycles across global markets./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliTeam Leadership Development/liliLead, coach, and mentor a team of solution consultants./liliFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning./liliSet performance goals and conduct regular evaluations./li/ulpPre-Sales Strategy Execution/pulliPartner with sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies./liliOversee the delivery of compelling product demonstrations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concepts./liliEnsure alignment of solution messaging with customer pain points and industry trends./li/ulpCustomer Engagement/pulliAct as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and finance leaders./liliTranslate complex financial reporting / EPM requirements into tailored software solutions./liliSupport strategic accounts and high-value opportunities with executive presence./li/ulpCross-Functional Collaboration/pulliWork closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure feedback loops and solution alignment./liliInfluence product roadmap based on market trends and customer needs./li/ulpOperational Excellence/pulliTrack and report on key performance metrics (win rates, demo quality, utilization)./liliOptimize pre-sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability./li/ulpSkills/pulliMinimum 5+ years experience with EPM solutions such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle HFM, Annaplan or Board.
