Key Responsibilities:
Manageand follow up on
project issues
and initiatives in governmentand tech-related environments.
Work with
ERP platforms
(such as Oracle or SAP), andother enterprise tools.
Runqueries and generate reports using
SQL
and similar databasetools.
Developand maintain
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and processdocumentation.
Traininternal and external stakeholders through
structured training sessions .
Leadhigh-level conversations with clients, users, and technical teams.
Apply
emotionalintelligence
to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
Identifyprocess improvements and support continuous development initiatives.
Requirements:
Strong
peopleskills
and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Client-facingexperience with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
Provenability to document processes and create SOPs.
