Position Overview The Solution Architect is a key member of our project team, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. They provide consultative advice regarding best practices and process methodologies in the financial and insurance industries and create solutions that best meet our clients’ needs.
In our Consulting Practice we seek a consultant with experience implementing a wide array of Salesforce Products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and managed package solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Guide customers through the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria.
Articulate the value of recommended solutions and approaches to stakeholders.
Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover business, functional, and technological requirements; synthesize these into clear user stories and solution design documentation.
Perform fit-gap analysis for Salesforce functionality versus client requirements.
Explain Gold Standard feature solutions and work with the customer to best build processes around standard functionality when possible.
Manage deployments of metadata and record‑based configuration components.
Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and managed packages, complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and custom functionality.
Draft custom development specifications and manage delivery and testing of functionality by development resources.
Iterate on solutions through Build/Test/Review cycles with the customer Product Owner.
Develop a training curriculum and deliver training sessions to end users.
Work with a Silverline Project Manager to manage a project scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
Role Requirements
5 years client‑facing consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
3 years experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
3 years implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as well as other Salesforce and CRM platforms including relational databases.
Industry expertise in Financial Services Banking, Wealth, Capital Markets, Insurance, Healthcare, Media, and others.
Proficient writing skills for producing functional specifications.
Outstanding communication skills with internal teams and clients.
Experience with cloud‑based technologies.
Comfortable with a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
Self‑starter, ambitious, flexible, team player.
Salesforce certifications required.
Experience with release management tools such as Gearset, Copado, or AutoRabit is a plus.
BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience. MBA is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge implementing Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce product expertise including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and other marketing automation platforms.
Experience working as a trusted advisor in consultative client engagements.
Experience working with large teams within a structured project methodology framework.
Understanding of and experience with user‑centered design concepts.
Willingness to obtain Salesforce certifications upon request.
Additional Salesforce or industry certifications such as Pardot, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and other 3rd‑party applications are a plus.
