On-Site leadership of one location overseeing physical therapists, occupational therapists, and pathologists, with managerial, clinical, and administrative duties. Focus on team members, patients, and customer experiences to ensure high standards of care and operational efficiency. Clinical Oversight: Ensure the delivery of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy across locations is performed to high standards of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice. Monitor and improve quality of care. Compliance and Regulation: Regularly review and enforce compliance with healthcare regulations and standards; ensure practitioners maintain current licensure and certifications. Staff Development: Mentor and lead ongoing professional development and training programs for PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs to foster clinical skills and adherence to best practices. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among PT, OT, and SLP to maximize outcomes. Resource Management: Allocate physical, financial, and human resources across sites to meet operational needs and optimize patient care and staff satisfaction. Supports the Mission, Values and Vision of TMC and the facility. Leads and directs the work of others. Use data and clinical judgement to ensure appropriate delivery of therapy care to maximize outcomes and meet discharge goals. Plan and schedule staff based on clinical needs of patients. Maintain communication with facility skilled services team regarding care plan variances, transfers, and discharges affecting reimbursement and outcomes. Address deviations in the plan of care to ensure safe discharge and prevent re-hospitalization; assist with stabilization of medical condition when needed. Assist with training on coding, documentation, and assessment to support continuity of utilization and medical necessity. Promote clinical programs with quality outcome reporting, risk-based programs, and hospital relationships. Oversee New Hire Orientation to ensure completion per HR policies; educate new hires on policies, protocols, and daily responsibilities. Attend and participate in facility and company meetings as appropriate. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organization of paperwork in accordance with Medicare and company requirements; manage billing and payroll logs per policy. Manage and assist therapists to maximize patient care support and efficiency. Inform team members of policy and procedure changes dictated by facility, Medicare, insurance, and TMC to ensure quality and compliance. Foster a positive work environment and promote the TMC experience through daily interactions. Assist in maintenance and implementation of special programs; promote employee development and clinical program enhancement. Complete required performance appraisals for therapy staff and participate in hiring and promotions decisions as needed. Counsel staff as appropriate with input from leadership and HR; handle disciplinary actions from informal meetings to terminations. Ensure the therapy department has sufficient supplies and equipment by requesting as needed. Adhere to discipline-specific job descriptions and safety requirements; assist registered therapists with procedures and programs; perform routine treatments as planned. Report pertinent findings to the registered therapist; develop professional relationships with staff, residents, and families. Communicate facility, patient, and staff issues to Area Manager in a timely fashion. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program. Certified assistants (PTA or COTA) also qualify. Current license/certification in the state of practice 2+ years of healthcare experience; long-term care setting preferred Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights TMC is an equal opportunity employer.
