High-Volume | Fast-Paced | Performance-Driven Community We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to support operations at a demanding, high-activity property. This role requires a professional who is confident managing resident issues, excels in delinquency control, and has strong leasing and revenue-driving experience. This position is not entry-level. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of challenges, and can independently manage critical property functions while supporting the Property Manager. Responsibilities

Actively manage delinquency, collections, payment plans, notices, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements Lead and execute leasing efforts, approvals, renewals, and rent increase strategies Maintain strong resident relations, handling escalations with professionalism and firmness Support day-to-day operations of a high-demand property with frequent activity and competing priorities Ensure accurate and timely processing in property management systems (Yardi or similar required) Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and corporate teams to ensure operational efficiency Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance deadlines Step in to manage the office and operations in the Property Manager’s absence when needed Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as an Assistant Property Manager (multi-family required) Extensive hands-on experience with delinquency management and collections Strong leasing background with demonstrated ability to drive occupancy and revenue Ability to manage a high-pressure, fast-paced property with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred Ideal Candidate Traits
