BLT is seeking a highly motivated
Seasonal Leasing Consultant
to join our luxury communities in Norwalk, CT. This is a fast paced, stabilized multi-family apartment community, offering an excellent opportunity for customer-facing sales experience!
Description of the Seasonal Leasing Consultant Position:
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing prospects and residents with exceptional sales and customer service, as well as maintaining awareness of all the happenings within the neighborhood and local rental market.
Note: This position is available through August/September 2026.
Responsibilities
Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
Contributing to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leases
Building brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
Generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
Utilizing AppFolio software to document prospect updates, assist current residents and overall maximize both prospect and resident experience
Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new homes
Requirements
1+ year of Property Leasing or sales experience
Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Projects a professional sales presentation and image
Motivated team-player with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability is required, both Saturdays and Sundays
