Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, build client relationships, and foster trust and transparency throughout the home-buying or selling process. Qualifications Must possess a valid Real Estate License. Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property transactions. Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to effectively manage client relationships and close deals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with the local St. Petersburg, FL real estate market is a plus. Prior experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous.
