Position Overview
We are seeking a
Superintendent with strong high-end residential construction experience
to join Our Client’s growing team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage residential construction projects on-site, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in luxury residential builds and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations on active residential construction sites, ensuring work quality meets company and client standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor to deliver seamless execution.
Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
Conduct daily site inspections to enforce quality control and resolve issues proactively.
Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, owners, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with permitting, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review progress reports, daily logs, and documentation.
Enforce and model safe work practices to maintain an incident-free jobsite.
Qualifications
Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a Superintendent or similar role on
high-end residential
construction projects.
Strong
understanding of
luxury residential
construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and schedules efficiently.
Proficiency in construction scheduling tools and project documentation.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
