The client is looking for individuals with hands-on hardware and software support experience.

Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant IT experience
Active Secret Clearance

Job Summary
Hands-on software and hardware repair
Troubleshooting laptops, desktop devices, peripheral equipment, and basic Outlook issues
Windows Server and Windows 7/8/10 experience highly desired
Collect, identify, define, and organize detailed user and information technology requirements
Assist with project planning and work independently with minimal direction
Contribute to conceptualizing, designing, constructing, testing, and implementing portions of IT solutions
Assist information engineers in coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects
Apply appropriate software development life cycle methodology to IT solutions
Interact with customers to understand business environment, technical context, and strategic direction
Define scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects; coordinate and collaborate to ensure plans meet customer needs
Prioritize project plans and deliverables with the customer
Participate in IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions
Apply metrics to monitor performance and key project criteria
Prepare system documentation
Establish and maintain security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents
Analyze, identify, and resolve business or technical problems using appropriate tools
Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies
Experience in Information Systems (IS) with specialized experience in a discipline such as assembly/integration, data engineering, or legacy evolution
