As part of continued U.S. expansion, we are seeking an Account Manager with experience in event software and scientific congresses. Candidates with backgrounds in event technology, software, or conference production are encouraged to apply. This role combines account management, project oversight, and client success, offering strong growth potential within a fast-growing organization bringing proven technology and innovative concepts to the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities

Manage large-scale, multi-faceted, or technically complex client projects across the full conference lifecycle Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of event software solutions Participate directly in event execution (onsite and virtual) to ensure optimal client experience Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, and industry events across the U.S. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on long-term client satisfaction and retention Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Serve as the operational link between clients and internal teams, translating requirements into actionable plans Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a solution-oriented environment Qualifications

PMP certification required Strong technical understanding of event software, registration platforms, and scientific conference workflows Proven experience in project or event management involving complex timelines and multiple stakeholders Background in account management or solution-oriented sales, ideally within event technology or related services Hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to support live event execution Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) Existing network within the scientific, medical, or association conference industry is a plus Willingness to travel within the U.S., with occasional international travel Offer
