Job Details / Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up healthcare projects from mobilization through closeout Manage daily field operations, including scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, and trade partners Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards Lead site teams to maintain project timelines, budgets, and milestones Conduct regular site inspections, resolve field issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Coordinate with project management, architects, engineers, and medical equipment vendors Maintain detailed daily logs, reports, and documentation for project tracking Foster a safe work environment and enforce all OSHA and company safety requirements Drive successful project delivery while building strong client and stakeholder relationships Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on ground-up commercial or institutional projects (healthcare experience NOT required, but preferred) Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive field construction leadership experience Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex builds with multiple subcontractors Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and healthcare facility requirements Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Interested in hearing more?
