Job Summary The Commercial Lines Account Analyst supports the Commercial Lines department in servicing and maintaining client accounts. This role involves assisting Account Managers & Producers in various tasks related to client accounts, including policy administration, renewal processes, and client communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers & Producers in the servicing of commercial lines accounts.

Prepare and process new and renewal policy documents accurately and efficiently.

Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer inquiries.

Process endorsements and policy changes as requested by clients.

Assist in resolving client billing and payment inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.

Assist in monitoring and managing policy expirations and renewals.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, insurance, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Insurance licenses or certifications (e.g., CISR, AINS) are a plus.

Knowledge of agency management systems (e.g., AMS360) is preferred.
