Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D electrical models in Revit or Navisworks. Produce construction and fabrication-level drawings, including plans, sections, and details. Perform clash detection and coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, and other trade models. Update models and drawings to reflect design changes, RFIs, and as-built conditions. Collaborate with project engineers and field teams to ensure constructability and alignment with project requirements. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in electrical design and drafting, preferably in a BIM/VDC environment. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Navisworks; knowledge of Bluebeam or similar software is a plus. Understanding of NEC, NFPA, and other electrical codes/standards.
