Our Leasing Specialists are the face of our communities. Closing deals, building relationships, and creating experiences residents love. At Monarch 301, we’re seeking confident, outgoing individuals to help drive leasing efforts, grow our brand presence, and create a welcoming community for residents. Whether you're showing apartments, speaking with clients, planning events, or engaging on social media, you’ll be part of a company that gives you the tools, experience, and support to build your career. Pay Package
Hourly: 16-20/hour
Commissions: Estimated as an additional 3-6k per year (paid out bi-weekly)
Bonuses for reaching certain milestones with the company (also paid out bi-weekly)
Rental discounts offered for team members living at the property
Benefits Package

Day to Day
Sales: Tour prospects, follow up on leads, and help reach leasing goals
Marketing: Contribute to social media, create content, and support outreach campaigns
Customer Experience: Support residents, manage inquiries, and build connections
Events: Assist with resident events and partnerships with local businesses
Who You Are
Friendly, outgoing, and a confident communicator
Motivated by goals and enjoys engaging with people
Interested in sales, marketing, or real estate
Organized and tech-savvy (Google Suite, canva, social media, etc.)
Comfortable with content creation, brand presence and social media platforms
Insight into GSU, Statesboro, and local businesses/events
Required Qualifications
Well developed customer service and communication skills
Enthusiasm for our community and sales goals
Reliable transportation
Ability to work 40 hours per week
Ability to work during university breaks (summer, fall, winter, spring)
Ability to respond to after hours lock outs (shared/rotating schedule)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, real estate, or related field
Knowledge of marketing tools such as Instagram, Canva, HeyMarket, etc.
Experience in planning events and/or partnering with local businesses
Knowledge of software platforms such as Slack, Asana, Google Suite and more
