Heritage Property Management
is looking for an experienced Onsite Community Association Manager for a high-rise condominium in the Decatur area. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment. Experience with high-rise condominiums is preferred. A
Real Estate Community Association Manager (CAM) license or higher
is required.
Responsibilities
Board Mentoring & Administrative Support - Advising Board members on standard policies and procedures and assisting in the development of best practices.
Financial Reporting & Cash Management - Monitoring the collection of assessments and revenue for the Association, managing payments for Association services and equipment, ensuring adequate funds for daily operations, reviewing financial reports, and preparing a financial summary of key issues for Board review.
Vendor Management - Assessing an Association’s facilities and service requirements, establishing vendor service needs, evaluating vendors, negotiating services and equipment requirements, selecting appropriate vendors, and monitoring service delivery.
Common Element Inspections, Maintenance & Covenant Enforcement - Performing regular inspections of the community for Homeowner violations and remedial or preventative maintenance needs.
Association Data Management - Maintaining physical and electronic data files relating to the business operations of the Association, ensuring timely and easy access to data (including Heritage software systems).
Business Service Inquiries - Responding to inquiries involving business services and relationships, including communicating with Board members, vendors servicing an Association, and homeowners during regular business hours.
Qualifications
Real Estate Community Association Manager (CAM) license or higher is required.
