Provide exceptional customer service and accurately process transactions Assist clients with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal safety protocols Balance cash drawer and manage electronic transactions with precision Interact with customers and colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere while upholding integrity and professionalism Support ongoing learning about banking products and services Follow the scheduled work days: Monday through Friday, from 12:00 pm to 5:15 pm Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers Attention to detail for processing transactions and balancing cash Problem-solving mindset to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Professional demeanor to represent the bank in every interaction Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and transactions Willingness to learn and adapt to the organization’s culture of integrity and safety Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively About the team and culture
