
Leasing Consultant - Part Time

Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, and following up with prospects.
Assist apartment complexes with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Maintain current information on all aspects of a community including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing.
Responsible for the oversight and coordination of the orientation of new residents.
Assist property management team with rent collection as needed.
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday schedule.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years of sales and leasing experience required, preferably in property management.
Excellent customer relations experience.
Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and community software applications.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Effectively present information to owners, residents, and employees of the organization.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
