We’re seeking a highly organized, employee-focused and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist, who also has experience in benefits, to join our People & Culture team. This team member will play an essential role providing support and guidance to team members and leaders throughout the organization on a variety of people-related requests. This position requires an action-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, has willingness to learn and grow and can handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and dependability. Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits Administration Support

Assist with benefits administration including benefits enrollments, life events questions, and confirming dependent verification documents are on file Assist with Benefits invoice processing Coordinate the ADA Accommodation process to ensure that requests are managed timely Participate in Benefits and 401(k) Committee meetings Create and maintain Global Job Description database to ensure job descriptions are accurate, professionally written and accessible to the Global HR team Serve as back up to Sr Manager, Total Rewards for compensation analysis requests Collaborate with Vendor to support unemployment claims and employment verifications Employee Engagement

Manage employee inquiries seeking HR support and directly responds or redirects to the appropriate self-service portal and/or the HR subject matter expert Monitor the shared mailboxes for HR, Benefits, and ADP Lyric assistance requests Lead communication strategy to educate employees about maximizing benefits, 401(k) and wellness platforms HR Technology/Systems & Employee Resources

Oversee the ongoing maintenance of HRIS system ensuring data and reporting integrity Serve as subject-matter expert for employee inquiries and issues related to HR self-service portal and manager self-service portal Lead assigned initiatives and projects (e.g., ADP Lyric LMS build, job descriptions, etc.) Maintain Learning Management System, working proactively with Managers to support development training needs Manage Company Policies in ADP Lyric and monitor to ensure acknowledgements are complete Performs and/or coordinates employee updates/off-boarding duties to include but not limited to employee status changes, promotions, title changes, and terminations Maintain I-9s in compliance with Federal guidelines HR Compliance

Assist with maintaining the visa application process, from initial consultation to final approval, tracking application status and working closely with human resources, legal and employees to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Tracking application status to ensure compliance, providing updates regarding renewals and escalating potential challenges, and monitoring expiration statuses Manage the Blanket Visa to ensure it remains current and works with Immigration Attorney to update as needed based on company structure Responsible for employee records management, audits all employee files and coordinates with HR Team to ensure compliance with the company’s requirements Manage the annual automobile insurance requirements including MVRs, insurance verification, etc. Assist with annual compliance reporting requirements (e.g., OSHA, EEO-1, State Reporting) Serve as first point of contact for workers’ compensation and liaise with appropriate contacts to address employee concerns, escalate issues and/or resolve safety hazards Provides general administrative support as needed or support other HR duties as assigned You Bring (requirements, Preferred Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of benefit/total rewards experience required 4+ years experience working within Human Resources 2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or Human Resources Generalist required Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting including intranet tools and internal communication platforms strongly preferred Content creation experience preferred Skills, Abilities And Knowledge

Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and data Adaptable to change in the work environment, is a Change Agent Willingness to develop, is self-aware and open to feedback Customer focused with professional presence along with having confidence and comfort responding to inquiries Predictable and regular attendance required We Offer You
