Position Summary

Join a dynamic, high-performing actuarial team supporting CVS Health and Aetna’s government services pharmacy business. This role is primarily responsible for analyzing and modeling market dynamics for Aetna’s Medicare Part D business and providing actuarial support to key business partners. Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of models and processes to assess internal bids placement in the market and actuals against expectations. Support development of Aetna’s Medicare Part D bids and forecasts while effectively communicating results. Partner with non-actuarial business partners to align on modeling assumptions and recommendations. Effectively balance and manage competing priorities. Act as a subject matter expert on assigned projects and concepts. Leverage technical skills and critical thinking to design and achieve business solutions. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree along with 1 year related experience 2 SOA exams passed Prior healthcare experience required Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Experience with GCP, SAS, SQL, R, Python a plus, working with large and detailed data sets is required Strong communication skills Solid technical/analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment with competing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications

Prior Pharmacy, Part D, or Medicare Advantage experience Education

Bachelor’s Degree Anticipated Weekly Hours

$64,890.00 – $158,620.00 The typical pay range for this role is: $64,890.00 – $158,620.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
