The Senior Property Manager in Commercial Property Management is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and tenant relations aspects of multiple commercial properties across the United States. This role ensures that properties are maintained to the highest standards, maximizing asset value and tenant satisfaction. The Senior Property Manager leads a team of property management professionals, coordinating maintenance, leasing, and administrative functions to achieve business objectives. They act as the primary liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and fostering strong relationships. Ultimately, this position drives the strategic management of commercial real estate assets to optimize performance and profitability. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property management with a proven track record of managing multiple properties. Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, property maintenance, and financial management. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certifications. Advanced skills in financial modeling and budgeting software. Experience working with diverse tenant types including retail, office, and industrial clients. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces. Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant retention. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to meet or exceed financial targets. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and supervise property management staff to enhance team performance and professional development. Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and vendor contracts in alignment with company policies and market conditions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly to foster positive tenant experiences. Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, market trends, and operational issues to senior leadership. Skills:

The Senior Property Manager utilizes strong leadership and communication skills daily to coordinate teams and interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and property owners. Analytical and financial skills are essential for budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring properties meet financial goals. Negotiation skills are applied when managing lease agreements and vendor contracts to secure favorable terms. Proficiency with property management software streamlines operations, tracking maintenance requests, lease expirations, and financial reporting. Additionally, knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management ensures properties operate within legal frameworks and maintain high safety standards.
