We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties. Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions with a primary focus on retail properties

Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and community engagement

Perform market research and financial analysis to support client advisory

Conduct property tours and create customized marketing presentations

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Prepare lease proposals, purchase agreements, and listing contracts

Work collaboratively with internal team members, SVN advisors nationwide, and external stakeholders

Stay current with local market trends and industry developments

Track all activities in CRM systems to ensure transparency and organization

Attend and participate in regular training, team meetings, and SVN national events

Qualifications

Illinois Real Estate Broker License (active or ability to obtain within 90 days)

1–3+ years of sales or commercial real estate experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Self‑motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks

Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM, CoStar, LoopNet, etc.)
