Responsibilities
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Prepare for buyer-client meetings by conducting appropriate research in advance
Daily lead generation
Win new buyer clients by presenting our Melody Bell & Associates value proposition, walking through how the process works, and kicking off the home-buying journey
Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, helping clients understand each step
Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract-to-close process
Qualifications
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Past sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Tech savvy
Organized and manages time effectively
Fast-paced, growth mindset, organized, and goal-oriented. You have likely had big goals your whole life.
