Qualifications
Minimum a BA in Architecture 3+ years post graduate experience and experience in either a Job Captain or Junior Project Manager role The ability to work with other assigned team members toward the successful and profitable completion of all aspects of concurrent client projects Passion for managing clients and all aspects of their projects to all-around successful completion Detail and goal oriented Well organized Working knowledge of Hawaii building code and the tools of our profession including Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, MS Office, etc. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A strong desire to advance their career to a higher level Compensation
Starting Base non Exempt compensation : $55,000+ Annually Other compensation
Performance bonuses Profit sharing Periodic Bonuses Other Bonus pay and non cash compensation Benefits
