Here’s Where You Come In Manage an assigned book of business, retain clients through exceptional service, maintain accurate client data, mentor associate managers and team assistants.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business generally exceeding $550k in revenue.

Provide quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 93% retention or more.

Collaborate within a team that includes Producers, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.

Mentor, support, and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants.

Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.

Accountable for administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3-5+ years in a commercial lines agency role.

Experience with middle market accounts averaging $15k in revenue.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Strong communication skills.

P&C license.

Willingness to travel occasionally.
