This is a full-time, on-site role based in Des Moines, IA. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth. The role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, and meeting sales goals through innovative and strategic approaches. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is key to evaluating market trends and positioning IntelexVision’s products effectively. Qualifications
Strong skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development to successfully drive growth and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Lead Generation and leveraging CRM tools to nurture leads and convert them into clients. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for building and maintaining client relationships and team collaboration. A results-driven and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and achieve objectives efficiently. Prior experience in the technology or security sector is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
