How you\'ll make an impact

Manage a group of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.

Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted partner.

Help clients navigate their risks by offering tailored solutions and identifying opportunities to expand services and coverage.

Contribute to Gallagher\'s success and foster a culture of continuous improvement by delivering high quality service and driving revenue growth.

About You Required :

Bachelor\'s degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

–OR–

High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.

Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.

Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred :

Insurance knowledge.

Solid financial acumen

Experience managing client accounts and building lasting relationships

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
