Permanent, Full Time

Salary up to £29,000 per annum, plus 10% performance related bonus and company car & fuel card plus other great benefits

Full-Time: 40 hours Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Join Standout Field Marketing to support the Pladis Convenience Field Sales Team and increase visibility of key Pladis brands.

Represent a wide range of Pladis brands in store with McVitie’s biscuits and brands such as Jaffa Cakes and Flipz.

Help drive sales by increasing distribution and actively selling into key contacts within the assigned territory.

Visit designated cash and carry locations regularly to purchase stock and sell into retailers within your call file.

Qualifications Ideally you will have experience of working within a field based sales role within a convenience, independents or impulse environment. We are keen to consider applicants who share Pladis’ values and are passionate about their products and about sustainability. You will be self-motivated, thrive in a KPI-driven environment, and enjoy building relationships in store with key contacts. Strong communication, resilience and energy are essential. Previous experience in a customer-centered role would be advantageous.

Note

This role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans). All offers are subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role with regular travel and may require manual handling/heavy lifting. Overnight stays may be required on occasion.
