We invite you to join us in this transformation. # **Job Description**Bose Corporation is seeking a seasoned public relations leader with deep technology and B2B experience to support the company’s growing Audio Technologies business, as well as Bose’s established Automotive business. The Associate Director of Public Relations will be a key advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, shaping and guiding public relations and external communications strategy.Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this role will develop and execute media strategies that spotlight strategic initiatives, elevate Bose’s technology leadership and partnerships, and build credibility with media, industry influencers, and stakeholders. This position sits at the intersection of innovation, partnerships, and reputation, helping shape how the world understands Bose beyond our owned products.***Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**** Develop and execute a strategic communications plan in support of Bose’s Audio Technology and Automotive business’ objectives.* Define media strategies that highlight key initiatives, audio innovation, and strategic partnerships across automotive, technology, and adjacent industries.* Shape clear, compelling narratives that translate complex audio technologies into meaningful stories for external audiences.* Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry influencers across wearables, mobile experiences, audio technology, automotive and more.* Secure earned media that reinforces Bose’s leadership in licensed audio technologies and automotive audi.* Lead communications for licensing agreements, technology integrations, and automotive partnerships, including strategy alignment and external partner engagement.**Qualifications:*** BA/BS degree in Communications, journalism, or other relevant field.* 15+ years’ experience in technology, B2B, strategic partnerships licensing and/or automotive PR, either in-house or agency.* Proven track record of creating and executing high-impact PR strategies, and securing high-quality earned media* Experience developing strategies and leading PR programs at key industry trade shows, including CES, IFA, Mobile World Congress, etc.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.* Ability to work in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.* Strategic thinker with a creative approach to solving PR challenges and a passion for storytelling.* Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.#LI-SS1At Bose, you're inspired to be and do your best and are rewarded for your unique talents! Our compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary.
