
Senior E Commerce & Brand Integrity Specialist

The Senior E‑Commerce & Brand Integrity Specialist supports and executes the strategy for online marketplace performance and brand protection across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and emerging platforms. This role enhances product visibility, optimizes marketplace execution, and safeguards brand equity through consistent compliance and IP enforcement. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in e‑commerce operations, digital merchandising, and brand protection practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, enhanced content, and digital shelf optimization across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and future platforms.
Leverage Cart.com tools and capabilities to improve operational efficiency and online performance.
Monitor and analyze e‑commerce KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic), recommending tactical adjustments to drive growth.
Collaborate with marketing to support Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and SEO-driven discoverability.
Partner with supply chain and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory availability and fulfillment reliability.
Brand Integrity & Compliance
Support implementation of IP enforcement processes to protect trademarks, imagery, and brand assets.
Identify unauthorized sellers, initiate enforcement actions, and monitor marketplace policy compliance.
Ensure adherence to brand style guidelines across all online platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
Pull and analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and internal systems.
Prepare dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights for the Retail Sales leadership team.
Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on category trends.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and marketplace management best practices.
Familiarity with brand protection platforms and IP compliance tools.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and e‑commerce content optimization.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and communication abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in e‑commerce operations, digital merchandising, or marketplace management.
Experience with brand protection strategies, including IP enforcement and compliance monitoring.
Demonstrated success supporting online sales growth and maintaining brand consistency.
