Part-Time Paid Search Specialist

to join a newly formed, high-impact team dedicated to expanding the reach of our Online Education programs.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Online Education Marketing, you will be the primary architect of our Google Ads strategy. Your mission: drive high-quality leads that convert into applications and enrollments for a growing suite of online programs.

What You’ll Do

Build, manage, and monitor high-intent paid search campaigns across Google and Bing.

Routinely optimize bids, ad copy, and landing page strategies to increase CTR and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Conduct deep-dive keyword research and write compelling, search-optimized ad copy (headlines/descriptions).

Partner with the Associate Director of SEO & Digital Strategy to ensure paid and organic efforts are working in total synergy.

Monitor budgets and generate regular performance reports that translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

What You Bring

PPC Expertise: Proven track record managing paid search campaigns (Agency or E-commerce background preferred).

Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in

Google Ads

is a must.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions on the fly.

Certifications: Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).

Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently in a remote, agile team environment.

Bonus Points: Experience managing

Paid Social

campaigns or working within the Higher Education/Online Learning sector.
