Field Marketing Representative
(ENTRY-LEVEL)
to join our
on-site
marketing team. This is a
hands-on, in-person role
where you’ll interact directly with customers inside retail locations, helping identify individuals interested in home improvement services and gathering basic information for our team. No desk work, no cold calling - this role is all about people skills and on-the-ground engagement. This is an ON-SITE, FIELD-BASED position in Charlotte, NC. What You’ll Do: Engage with customers in a retail environment through friendly, face-to-face interaction Share basic information about home improvement services and promotions Identify customers who may be interested and collect their information Work closely with the on-site team to support daily marketing efforts Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working on your feet in a retail setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or GED required No prior experience required -
