Graphic Designer & Embroidery Machine Operator
to their team. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who enjoys taking designs from concept to finished product. You’ll play a key role in designing, producing, and delivering high-quality branded apparel that connects with an outdoor-focused customer base. What the role covers:
Creating custom designs for branded apparel and accessories (hats, t-shirts, jackets, etc.) Taking projects from concept to final product, including embroidery digitizing and print prep Operating embroidery machines and transfer printers to produce finished goods Partnering closely with marketing to ensure designs align with brand standards Managing production timelines and maintaining quality standards What they’re looking for:
Experience in graphic design Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and embroidery digitizing software Hands-on experience operating embroidery machines and heat transfer printers Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
