The Role
As an OIDO Brand Ambassador, you represent OIDO in Military Exchange and retail environments. You engage customers, introduce hearing awareness, and demonstrate OIDO’s over-the-counter hearing solutions in a professional, welcoming, and pressure-free way. No medical background required. Training, certification, and ongoing support are provided by OIDO. What You’ll Do
Arrive on time to assigned Exchanges during scheduled shifts Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Introduce OIDO and hearing awareness at a high level Guide customers through hearing awareness screenings Demonstrate hearing devices and mobile app functionality Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demo area Represent OIDO’s values, compliance standards, and brand presence Training & Growth
At OIDO’s cost, you will be trained and certified as a Certified OIDO Hearing Technician. OIDO is a growing success story already operating in select locations across the U.S. Brand Ambassadors can grow with us as we expand nationally. Ideal Traits
