We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Condominium Sales Executive to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development efforts, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth within the condominium market. Our expertise in hospitality and real estate includes large-scale mixed-use developments, residential communities and entertainment venues from Maimi to San Francisco. The Vacation Sales Executive will be responsible for the sale of a Vacation Ownership condominium community in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role offers a sales draw compensation plan. Responsibilities

Meet and Exceed Minimal Requirements for Prospecting and Sales Conduct Buyer Appointments, virtually and on-site with the goal of engaging in a purchase contract Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the buyer Demonstrate the lifestyle and benefits to owning a branded vacation residence Use probing questions to discover the buyer09s needs/wants to help them make a buying decision Close for the sale, by asking for the buyer09s commitment, overcome objections and follow up diligently. Perform realtor/broker outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations) to increase sales activity. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target condominium developers, property managers, and real estate professionals in the assigned territory. Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to prospective clients to build a robust sales pipeline. Present product demos and conduct upselling opportunities to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our condominium offerings. Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions aligned with their objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for analysis and reporting purposes. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our condominium projects and expand professional contacts. Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce as a CRM a plus Proven success in outside sales, business development, or management roles within B2B or technical sales environments. 5+ years industry experience in Sales and Marketing roles Knowledge of Social Media Ability to maintain flexibility, composure, and creativity in a fast-paced business growth environment Ability to professionally represent the Falcone Group and related portfolio internally and externally Deep understanding of the product and services markets, including consumer behavior, trends, and industry best practices. Strong understanding of territory management, lead generation techniques, and direct sales strategies. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Demonstrated ability to perform product demos, upsell services or products, and analyze market data for strategic planning. Background in marketing or retail sales is advantageous but not required; a proactive approach to customer service is essential.
