Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT, for a Sales Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include assisting the sales team in daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate sales records, supporting customers with inquiries and concerns, and providing effective communication between the sales department and other internal teams. The role also involves administrative tasks related to sales operations and providing solutions to customer needs.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
Proficient Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers and internal teams
Experience in Sales Operations and managing administrative tasks to support sales processes
Sound Analytical Skills to assess data and contribute to improving sales strategies
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency in CRM systems and related sales tools is an advantage
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
